A modernist house on a 2.500m² built to a very high standard, it exudes superb taste and style. Spacious and thoughtfully furnished with great care, it is extremely comfortable, well equipped, providing all the modern conveniences you would expect to find.

The main living area is 250m² and comes fully furnished.

Entering the ground floor there is a dinning room, a generous sized living room with a fireplace and access to a vast veranda of 28m² from where one can reach the pool of 40m² with depth range from 1,10m² to 1,70m².

There is also a separate kitchen with sitting room and a storage. The kitchen provides access to a outdoor lovely BBQ area with wood oven, kitchen and sink, all under a beautiful pergola with roof tile, with a wooden swing being a relaxing temptation.

Following four small stairs, you will find a large bathroom with shower, one bedroom with two beds, and a playroom with an american pool table.
