These are three residences in two separate buildings, which share though, the pretty gardens, the 55m² swimming pool and the BBQ area.

Villa A and Villa M are of 170m² each, are one upon the other, while the 90m² two storey Villa R stands a few metres away.

Villa R (2 bedrooms)

It is a two storey house of 90m², ideal for the whole family.

On the ground floor, the all in one open plan sitting/dining area and the fully equipped kitchen have wooden ceilings and access to the 40m² balcony shaded by a pergola and its outdoor dining area.

On the ground floor there is also the main double bedroom with shared Jacuzzi bathroom. A wooden staircase leads to the attic where the comfortable sofa is, which can be transformed into a double bed.

The upper floors cozy attic has its own private 30m² roofed balcony with one more dining area.

Villa A (3 bedrooms)

It is on the ground floor of the big two storey residence, with a living space of 170m² for everyone to enjoy.

Once the guests enter this amazing house, they find themselves in a large open plan sitting/dining area with fireplace and the fully equipped kitchen.

The room has access to a 16m² veranda leading to the garden and the pool. Two of the bedrooms are king size bedded, while the third one is twin bedded, all sharing a shower bathroom and the main bathroom of the house which is equipped with a bathtub.

Villa M (3 bedrooms)

this is a 170m² residence, spreading on the first floor, and is accessed by a stone staircase, which leads straight to an entrance veranda.

The all-in-one open plan space consists of the sitting/dining area with the fireplace, the fully equipped kitchen and has its own 20m² roofed veranda, and a shared shower/WC with the Queen bedded bedroom.

This exquisite house also comprises one king bedded bedroom en-suite Jacuzzi bathtub and a balcony of its own and one King bedded bedroom en-suite shower with hydro massage.

All bedrooms are air-conditioned and all verandas and balconies have picturesque views not only to the sea, but also to the nearby villages and the famous mountainous backdrop of Leuka Ori.
