Whenever we facilitate a property transaction above the €500,000 threshold, the pledge is triggered automatically — no exceptions, no fine print.

A contribution is set aside
A dedicated portion of our proceeds from the sale is earmarked for the philanthropy fund before anything else is allocated.

Projects are selected locally
Working with municipalities, social services and heritage bodies near where the sale took place, we choose projects with direct, verifiable impact.
